News culture The Batman: A teaser ahead of the October 2021 DC Fandome
Warner Bros. unveiled a television commercial to advertise the movie The Batman. However, this is a simple teaser reusing images from the trailer that aired last year.
The Batman was shown during DC Fandome 2020, and hasn’t featured any new footage since the first trailer aired at the event. This teaser called “Justice” does not reveal any new image. However, the latter brings us new information: The Batman will premiere in a major new trailer on October 16 during DC Fandome 2021.
As a reminder, The Batman focuses on the Black Knight’s second year of superhero “activity”. Tackling the corruption of Gotham City, Bruce Wayne will investigate his family’s ties to this scourge befalling the city. At the same time, Batman will have to prosecute Riddler ‘(aka the Sphinx or the Mystery Man in French), a criminal responsible for several murders accompanied by puzzles.

The Batman, directed by Matt Reeves, will offer a renowned casting : Robert Pattinson (Bruce Wayne), Zoë Kravitz (Selina Kyle), Paul Dano (Edward Nashton), Colin Farrell (Oswald Cobblepot), Jeffrey Wright (Commissaire James Gordon), Andy Serkis (Alfred Pennyworth), etc.
According to the latest information, The Batman is set to hit theaters on March 4, 2022.
