Amandine Henry was not summoned to the Blue for September rally. During the truce, the ex-captain traded his crampons for gloves.
Absent from the list of 23 players selected by Corinne Deacon for the next matches of the France team, Amandine Henry sees her international career being written in dotted lines. If the 31-year-old midfielder does not yet know the outcome of this disagreement with Deacon, she decided to keep busy during the international break. The former captain of the Bleues has indeed participated in a donation campaign to fight against Alzheimer’s disease. Amandine Henry published two photos of this operation, via her social networks, followed by a hell of a punchline:
« Each donation is a decisive pass to knock out Alzheimer’s« .
Each donation is a decisive pass to knock out Alzheimer’s!

Henry, the big-hearted fighter
The approach of the holder of six cups with big ears shows a benevolence, greeted by many Internet users. We find her on this advertising campaign accompanied by several other sports including the boxer Estelle Mossely. This one, used to the rings, had created a sensation by winning the gold medal at the London Olympics in 2016 with her husband, Tony Yoka.
