Game news More than 250 PS5 acquired by the director of Project Eve to reward his employees

If it was announced well before the event, Project EVE was illustrated in more detail during the PlayStation Showcase last week. A successful meeting for the studio director, who wished to thank each of his employees individually.

While the shortage of PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S | X hits everyone, some of us manage to recover 260. This is the case of Hyung-Tae Kim, the director of the Korean development studio Shift Up . The latter is at the origin of Project EVE, an action-oriented role-playing game under Unreal Engine 4 which stood out for nearly four minutes last week.. It was during the PlayStation Showcase that the game delivered gameplay sequences, alongside other Sony headlines like God of War Ragnarok, Gran Turismo 7 or even Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. A date that seemed important for Hyung-Tae Kim since the CEO decided to offer a PS5 to each of his employees after the event:

Shift Up Director Hyung-Tae Kim celebrated the successful transition from Project EVE to PlayStation Showcase by purchasing a PS5 for each of its 260 employees.

A justified initiative: it is a surprise gift to allow all its employees to access the game when it is released (still unknown, expected on PS5 but also on PC, PS4 and Xbox One). A practice that can be observed in Asia: last February, miHoyo Limited organized a raffle to celebrate the success of Genshin Impact. On the program, PS5, iPhone 12, Nintendo Switch and GeForce RTX 3070 were up for grabs.
