News culture Hawkeye: first trailer for the Marvel series, Kate Bishop and Christmas on the program
Announced in 2018 and then dated last July, the Hawkeye series was finally illustrated through a first trailer published by Marvel’s Entertainment which presages a great end of year holiday season.
Present since the reunification of the Avengers, Hawkeye is one of the only heroes on the superhero team who hasn’t had his own work on the big or small screen. Since 2018, it is done with the series Hawkeye : it is expected on November 24 on Disney +. And we had to wait today to be entitled to a first trailer of the series which will include 8 episodes of 60 minutes each. After the events of Avengers: Endgame, Clint “HawkeyeBarton (played by Jeremy Renner) takes a well-deserved rest with his family and wants to spend the holidays with them. Unfortunately, his vacation is aborted when he sees that a usurper is wearing his own costume.
The impostor is in fact Kate Bishop (played by Hailee Steinfeld) who wants to follow in his footsteps. Despite himself, Hawkeye therefore finds himself rearming his bow while transmitting his legacy to Kate Bishop since the two superheroes will face Kazi alias the Clown (played by Fra Fee) and Tony Dalton played by Jacques Duquesne.
Furthermore, Marvel does not intend to stop there at the end of the year : let’s remember that Spider-Man : No Way Home and The Eternals are expected for December and November respectively, while the 2022 schedule is full for the MCU with Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Thor : Love and Thunder, Black Panther : Wakanda Forever. Today, Disney has also recalled its release schedule for the next three years with 7 unreleased films planned.
