Event news CIC Esport Business Awards 2021: Join the call for projects from Esport entrepreneurs
After three successful years, the CIC Esport Business Awards returns in 2021 for a fourth edition that promises to be full of great initiatives! With rewards of up to € 10,000 and the support of experts, entrepreneurs will have the means to bring their projects to life.
If Esport has gradually established itself as an essential branch of the entertainment industry, it is thanks to the imagination of many daring entrepreneurs. In order to help these courageous people who know how to combine competitive play and business, CIC continues its commitment as an Esport partner with the CIC Esport Business Awards.
Do you have an idea capable of advancing the world of Esport? Then send your application for the CIC Esport Business Awards 2021! All you have to do is go to the dedicated platform and submit your complete file before September 20. A jury of experts made up of Bertrand Amar, director of the ES1 channel, Matthieu Dallon, creator of the ESWC, Kayane, professional player, and representatives of the CIC, will select the most promising projects.

If you are one of the finalists, you will be invited to sit a grand oral in front of the jury on October 14th. Four prizes will then be awarded at a ceremony that will take place on November 4: the grand prize, the jury prize and the coup de cœur prize. With 10,000 €, 6,000 € and 4,000 € respectively, as well as coaching sessions, the winners will have all the cards in hand to make their ideas a reality! It should also be noted that a special mention of inclusiveness will reward the most inclusive and responsible project.
As a reminder, here are the winners of the 2020 edition:
- Prodigy Agency : agency specializing in supporting the greatest Esport players. Career, image, marketing … This start-up takes care of its stars from A to Z.
- Skilleo : the first recruitment platform through video games. Thanks to a resolutely modern approach, this company aims to explain to recruiters that playing video games is synonymous with skills.
- Black Magus : a card and deckbuilding game designed for Esport. Rather than betting on randomness, this game focuses above all on the skill of the players.
